Mr. Patt assumed the role of CEO of S.L.P. in early 2007, after serving as the Company’s active Co-Chairman for approximately one year. Prior to joining S.L.P., Mr. Patt served as Vice President at the Challenge Fund – Etgar L.P., one of Israel’s leading venture capital funds, for nearly a decade. Before then, Mr. Patt served as Vice President at the Giza Group, a management consulting firm that served as the Israeli representative of Alex Brown & Sons. Prior to that, Mr. Patt was an Associate with the U.S. law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he specialized in securities law. Mr. Patt holds a B.S., magna cum laude, and an MBA from New York University and a J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bar associations.
